Collection Requirements
1ml serum ; **PROTECT FROM LIGHT** collect using yellow or red SST tube. Trough levels should be drawn within 30 minutes of the next scheduled dose Venous draws will be performed unless otherwise directed by the ordering provider or pharmacy (Line Draws)
Shipping and Handling Instructions
Room temp *2HR ONLY*, Refrig 3 days, frozen 14 days.Spin and separate within 2 hours of collection Assay immediately. If unable to assay immediately, specimens should be kept from direct exposure to light (i.e. Placed into a refrigerator)
