For WMH: Green top (Li Hep) Plasma is also acceptable if testing is completed within 24 hours. Serum: Assay immediately. If unable to assay immediately, Store 5 Days Refrigerated or Pour off into an aliquot tube and Freeze. Plasma. Assay immediately, If unable to assay immediately, Store up to 24 Hours Refrigerated. For CMH: Spin and separate serum or plasma and freeze sample if not being run that day. *Note that this is a batched test and is run once a week.*
