Collection Requirements

Collect: Stones, filtered material, or dry kidney stone/sterile cup Instruction:Calculi must be submitted dry. Specimens should not be submitted in liquid (formalin, urine, blood, etc.),in gauze,filters,taped, Q-tips. There will be a delay in analyzing and reporting specimens not received completely dry. Call lab for testing days. TAT: 7 days
