Collection Requirements
Collect 2 full Lav EDTA tubes. Spin and separate within 2 hours of collection. Serum is acceptable as an alternate specimen but if supplemental testing is indicated, Lav EDTA tubes will need to be collected
Shipping and Handling Instructions
Assay immediately. If testing cannot be performed immediately, EDTA plasma should separated from cells, poured off and refrigerated until testing can be performed (not to exceed 7 days)
