*PROTECT FROM LIGHT* Collect light green top (lithium heparin) for Inpatients. Collect yellow/red SST for Outpatients. Spin and separate within 2 hours of collection.

This test can be added on within 23 hours ONLY if the specimen has been refrigerated after 4 hours
Stable at Room Temperature 4 Hours, Refrigerated 4 Days, Frozen not recommended
